6.1 Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery.

6.2 Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA)

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.

When requesting an RMA, please have:

  • Invoice number

  • Serial number (if applicable)

  • Nature of the issue

All packaging materials and documentation must be kept in case the product needs to be serviced or returned.

 
6.3 Costs for Returns or Exchanges
Returns (Refunds)

If your return is approved:

  • A R150 fee plus a 10% handling charge will be deducted from your refund.

  • All items, including promotional gifts or free items, must be returned.

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • A R150 fee will be added to your original order.

  • Once payment is received, we will process the exchange.

Please note:

  • Only one exchange is permitted per order.

  • Promotional gifts or free items cannot be exchanged.

 
6.4 Why Are There Costs Involved?
  • Shipping costs are non‑refundable as they are used to deliver or collect your order.

  • Handling fees cover the cost of managing returned items, which cannot be resold.
